How To Set Up Your Print Files:

• All files should be set up in CMYK colour mode whenever possible
• RGB files will be converted to CMYK free of charge
• Artwork should be supplied between 25%–100% of final size
• Resolution should be 96dpi–300dpi minimum
• All images must be high resolution (do not compress images)
• Flatten layered files before submission
• Convert all fonts to outlines or embed fonts
• Include a 10mm bleed on all edges
• Supply print-ready files in PDF, JPG, or TIFF format.

Uploading Artwork Correctly And Colour Matching:

Uploading artwork correctly is essential to achieving high-quality results in large format digital printing. At Stand Banner, we operate advanced 1200dpi photo-quality printing systems to ensure sharp detail, vibrant colour reproduction, and professional finish across all exhibition graphics, banner stands, pop-up displays, and retail signage. To maximise output quality, all artwork should be prepared using correct print specifications and supplied in a print-ready format. We offer free RGB to CMYK conversion, ensuring your files are optimised for print at no additional cost, while maintaining accurate and consistent colour output. Our calibrated colour printing systems deliver a wider colour gamut than traditional litho printing, meaning colours appear brighter, more vivid, and more dynamic, with skin tones appearing more natural and lifelike.

All graphics are produced using industry-standard B1 fire-rated materials as standard, making them suitable for use in exhibition venues, public spaces, shopping centres, hotels, and corporate environments where fire safety certification is required. We also provide free colour proofs on request, allowing clients to review artwork before production begins. However, please note that proofing may extend production timelines and can affect delivery schedules. This responsibility lies with the client, particularly where urgent deadlines are required.

We accept a wide range of file formats, but the preferred submission types are:

• PDF (print ready)
• JPG
• TIFF
• PNG
• EPS (where applicable)
• Other standard design formats (on request)

Colour Matching Information

• We use a 4 and 6 colour process printing system
• Pantone colours cannot be matched exactly
• All Pantones are converted to closest CMYK equivalent
• Colours are reproduced as closely as possible within print capability
• For critical colour matching, provide a physical sample (minimum A5 size)
• Approved samples may include brochures, posters, or printed swatches

Proofing & Approval

• Proofs are provided only when requested or when design work is carried out by us
• Artwork approval is required before production begins
• Lead times begin only after final artwork approval
• Delays in approval may affect delivery schedules for time-sensitive orders
